Distributors, shall understand that, access to the website is given for ease of transaction for the clients and you agree to comply with the requirements of the applicable Regulations and the provisions of the Empanelment Documents executed with Bandhan AMC Ltd. The AMC reserves the right in its sole discretion to investigate and take legal action against anyone who engages in any illegal or prohibited conduct or otherwise violates these Terms and conditions.

Refund

The investors agree and confirm that if at any stage the information provided by them is found to be incorrect / false / erroneous, the AMC / Registrar reserves the right to, at its sole discretion reject the application and refund the amount without any interest or reverse the Units, if allotted or freeze the folio or redeem the units at Applicable NAV.

In case the application for subscription does not comply with the provisions of the Statement of Additional Information/Scheme Information Documents/Key Information Memorandum, the AMC/Trustee retains the sole and absolute discretion to reject/not process such application and refund the subscription money without any interest and shall not be liable for any such rejection.
